How is my specimen delivered?

Your specimen will be delivered to hand delivered to the local lab, or shipping facility. However we are not responsible for any errors that may occur after the specimen is out of our custody.

Do you accept insurance?

Insurance can be used for testing at the lab, your insurance information will be collected and delivered with your specimen. The lab will bill insurance and bill for any payment due.

However, Labs on the Go does not bill insurance for collection fees. If you are facing financial hardship and are a Washington County Resident, please visit Bridge to Caring for assistance options.

How do I pay the collection fee?

We are able to accept debit and credit as well as cash.

Payment is due at time of service.
