Thing You Should Know…

-Labs On The Go, LLC does not collect specimens without a provider’s written order. These orders can be faxed to 240-536-9118 or emailed to labsonthego@aol.com

-We handle the specimen from the time of collection until its delivery to the lab or shipping facility. Labs On The Go is not responsible for any errors that may occur once the specimen is delivered to the lab or shipping facility.

-Please know that Lab On The Go does not bill insurance. We will take your insurance information for the lab and the lab will bill for the tests collected.

-Patients should be aware that insurance does not cover the cost for the phlebotomist to collect and transport the specimen. Labs On The Go will expect payment at the time of service.

-Cost depends on the services and the location of where the service will be provided. You will receive an invoice for your scheduled service prior to the appointment. Payment will be due at the time the service is provided.
